We feature five standard pickles all year long and more seasonal options as we can get our hands on different crops. Our usual suspects include: Classic Dill Pickles, Turmeric Cauliflower, Sweet & Savory Beets, Dilly Beans, and Spicy Carrots.
the passion
Growing up my favorite sandwich was peanut butter and pickles on toast. Don’t knock it until you try it! The pickles had to be dill and the peanut butter had to be real (no sugar!) and the bread had to be toasted. I would always make this sandwich (recipe passed down from my grandma) and then sneak an extra pickle or two and lick the peanut butter spoon. Who knew that the love of this weird sandwich would find me making my own pickles 30+ years later?
